DECK OVEN


The OMJ series deck ovens are available in two or three pans widths with decks from 1 – 4 decks high. Equipped with top and bottom heat controls independently, top heat control applies wire heater, bottom heat control applies 3mm thickness plate heater. Steam and venting ensure that the OMJ series deck ovens prepare quality artisan breads and pastries.
